Franchise Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Participants in the referral program must be at least 18 years old.
Self-referrals are prohibited; referrers cannot refer themselves or their own business.
Referrals must be new leads who are not already present in The Closet Trading Company’s franchise database.
Only leads submitted through the official referral form are eligible for the program. Informal submissions (e.g., word of mouth or social media messages) will not qualify.
The $5,000 credit reward applies only when the referred individual successfully signs The Closet Trading Company franchise agreement and pays the associated franchise fee.

Step 1: Identify potential franchise leads in your network or community who may have an interest in The Closet Trading Company’s franchise opportunity.
Step 2: Submit the referral via the official referral form, ensuring that all required information is complete and accurate.
Step 3: The Closet Trading Company’s franchise development team will review the submission. If the referral meets eligibility criteria, our team will contact the referred individual to discuss the franchise opportunity.
Step 4: If the referred individual proceeds to sign the franchise agreement and pay the franchise fee, the referrer will qualify for the program reward.

Referrers are eligible to receive a $5,000 credit towards merchandise available on www.theclosettradingco.com.
The credit will only be issued following the successful signing of the franchise agreement and the payment of the franchise fee by the referred individual.
Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of compensation.
Rewards must be redeemed within 12 months of issuance.

The Closet Trading Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all referrals and participants at any stage of the process.
The referral program is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
Misrepresentation or abuse of the program guidelines may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of the reward.
Referrals submitted without the accurate and required details will not qualify for the reward.

The Closet Trading Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated via the company’s official channels.
Program changes will not affect referrals submitted prior to the effective date of the modification, provided they meet the eligibility criteria and program requirements.

The Closet Trading Company is not responsible for any technical errors, submission issues, or delays in the referral process.
By participating in the referral program, participants agree to release The Closet Trading Company, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or liability arising from the program.
